We collect Personal (Sensitive and Technical) information, including but not limited to names, addresses, contact telephone numbers, email addresses, voice recordings, photos, transcriptions, geolocation data, task completion records, document scans, medical reports, AI-generated analysis & insights, care plans, and/or manual typing evidence by the user, browser type and settings, IP address and device information, pages visited and navigation patterns, form submissions and inquiries, Cookie tracking data, document scanning and analysis, AI-powered photo & speech-to-text conversion, Email correspondence, phone call records and any interaction with us, your device type, your device’s network connections, unique device identifier, your device’s name, your device’s IP address, information about your device’s web browser and internet connection you use to access, geolocation information, browser characteristics, device characteristics, operating system and language preferences, dates and times of use to the Product, Site and other usage statistics.

How do we use your information?
This information is collected to provide and improve our Platform, compliance documentation, process orders, respond to queries, support the workforce in managing their tasks during service delivery, training and development, marketing (with consent), research and development, support key stakeholders in supporting the care recipient, and generate reports summarising the services delivered including but not limited to incidents that may have occurred during a service, quality indicator, regulated restrictive practices, service performance delivery and key insights.
