We empower users to maintain control over AI systems by, providing mechanisms to challenge or override AI-generated content, ensuring all AI suggestions can be modified or rejected by the support worker, care recipient, care manager and/or other key healthcare supporting the care recipient, maintaining clear processes for reviewing and correcting AI outcomes, preserving human judgment in critical care decisions and supporting user feedback and continuous improvement.
